The new artificial grass field at the Bergé Stadium, home ground to Belgian third division football club KVK Tienen, will now make it possible for the club to use the stadium virtually every day.

'We used to use our stadium field only once a week but as our main squad as well as the development team, youth leagues and veterans use the field for both their games and training sessions, time had come to replace the old artificial grass field,' Willy Schepers, chairman of the club, explains.

While investigating possible solutions, KVK Tienen fell in love with the field that had been installed at the academy of RSC Anderlecht. 'KVK Tienen was adamant that they wanted us to replicate this field for their stadium,' Patrick Boydens of Scheerlinck Sport recalls.

KVK Tienen now has a Lano Sports Profoot MXSi TLT field. They use cork as infill material.
